Returns — simple steps
- Email support@MiniMeis-outlet.com to request a return (include your order number).
- We’ll reply with your RMA, instructions, and the return address in the Netherlands.
- Pack items securely and ship with tracking. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Reply to our email with your tracking link so we can monitor progress.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm next steps and process your refund/solution.
Items must be clean and complete unless defective.
