Returns — simple steps

  1. Email support@MiniMeis-outlet.com to request a return (include your order number).
  2. We’ll reply with your RMA, instructions, and the return address in the Netherlands.
  3. Pack items securely and ship with tracking. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  4. Reply to our email with your tracking link so we can monitor progress.
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm next steps and process your refund/solution.

Items must be clean and complete unless defective.
