Your right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired. We will send you an immediate confirmation by email upon receipt.
How to submit your withdrawal — simple steps
- Log in to your account, or create one using the same email address you used for your order.
- Go to Order History in your account dashboard.
- Select the order and item(s) you wish to withdraw from.
- Submit your withdrawal request. You'll receive an immediate confirmation by email.
- Wait for our return instructions email (within 24 hours) before sending the product back.
Return instructions
After submitting your withdrawal request you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with full return instructions. Please do not send products back before receiving this confirmation.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction. Items must be clean and complete unless defective.
