Try It at Home – 14-Day Returns
We want you to feel confident with your purchase. You can try your MiniMeis product at home, and if you’re not satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Note that return shipping is at the customer's expense, and all items must be sent back to our return center in the Netherlands. The exact return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with all tags and original packaging included. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Our team will evaluate the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including personal care products, customized items, or any item marked as a final sale. Please reach out to us if you have questions about your specific product before ordering.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
